A collaborator is leaving the company or doesn't need to be involved in your collection process?
You can delete their user profile from your Upflow Settings > Users.
Delete a user's profile
From your Upflow Settings > Users section, click the three dots at the user level, then "Remove":
You should see a green validation at the bottom of the screen.
I can't delete the user
When trying to delete a user, you might experience diverse errors.
This member cannot be removed because they are still assigned to customers.
Head to your Customers list view. Click Filters > Assigned users contains > select the user name.
Select all customers by ticking the Customer column (if there are more than 50, click the blue link at the top right to select them all). Click Actions > Assign users. Ensure this user's box is white (not blue, not grey, white).
Click Apply.
Head back to your Users settings, and remove the user profile.
This member cannot be removed because they are still set as a sender of an automated email template.
Head to your workflows, and click the first one. Check all email templates, and ensure this user is not set as Sender in the "From" field:
Once you find it, remove their name and replace it with another user or an Alias.
Check other templates to ensure it's not there anymore.
Head back to your Users settings, and remove them. If the message still appears, you might have missed a template or two.
This member cannot be removed because they are still referenced by smart rules.
Head to your Smart rules, and check each of them to remove this user from their conditions.
It can be related to a rule assigning users or sending notifications:
Replace their name with someone else if you still need the rule, or delete the rule.
