Do you have a lot of manual actions you would like to send in bulk? Via the actions list view, you can bulk ignore or perform those actions.
The bulk ignore action is available for all by default. However, the bulk Perform action is only available when using our feature Send invoices from Upflow - Beta version.
Bulk perform actions
You can select any action and hit the Perform button. If we can, we will send it.
When we send it, it won’t be instantaneous but will happen within 10 minutes.
You can send any action you can access in the Actions list, even if you are not assigned specifically to that action.
You can perform up to 50 actions in bulk.
You will be able to see emails, letters, and SMS in the timeline with the automated icon.
For calls and tasks, a note will be added to clarify that it was performed in bulk.
Reasons why actions can’t be performed
- Action is not TO DO
- Action content is empty (e.g., Reply actions)
- The contact is missing or invalid
Bulk ignore actions
Similarly, you can ignore actions in bulk. This is particularly useful when you want to jump to a different workflow step for several customers, or ignore imported replies.
In that case, all the actions type will appear as Ignored.
