Your Profile section is unique. No one else can access it within your team.
From there, you can update your display name, your default language, your signature or the notifications you wish to use or silent.

Access my profile
Click on your logo at the bottom left, then on Profile:
You can also access your profile by pressing Cmd (or Ctrl) k on your keyboard. Type "profile" and enter. |
Main information
You can update your name, which is displayed across the app, in emails if you use the dedicated tag, or in Timeline when a teammate mentions you.
You can also change your default language at any time from French to US English or UK English.
💡 Your email address can't be updated. If you wish to use another email address, please create (or ask an Admin) a user from your Settings. You can also create an alias for the collection: Aliases.
Security and signature
From this section, you can update your password or enable/disable Sign in with Google.
You can set up a signature, which will be displayed in your email reminders. Here's how to set it up: How to add my email signature to Upflow reminders?
Your Notifications
Finally, manage your notifications by keeping the ones you wish to focus on and the silent the ones you don't. You can enable/disable these notifications at any time.
You can enable or disable by toggling the option(s) of each notification and choose the channel(s) you prefer:
