You can use the test mode to see how the emails you send from Upflow appear and configure and optimize your organization before going live.
How does the test mode work
Once your data synchronization is over, your organization will be in test mode. You can see it thanks to the banner at the top of your screen:
The test mode, at the collection level, only applies to Emails. No email is sent from your organization to your customers, neither for automated emails nor invoicing emails. All tested manual emails are sent to your email address. In that case, your email editor looks like this:
Note that if your Deliverability is not configured yet, you'll receive the test email from reminders@upflow-mail.com. However, if your DNS or SMTP is configured, you'll receive the test email from your own email address and domain. Here's our dedicated article on our deliverability options.
Leave test mode
Once ready, you can leave test mode by clicking the "Go Live" button.
Note that only the Admins can go live.
