Has your client just responded back to a follow-up email saying that he/she will pay you within X days?
Enter that into Upflow to keep track of expected payments and pause certain workflows if necessary.
Upflow will pause collection until that date and then resume collection if it's sill unpaid on that date.
Are you also wondering how we calculated this expected payment date in the first place? We use the invoice due date and we apply the average payment delay of the given customer.
