Are your invoices imported into Upflow via an accounting tool, but you use a different tool for billing?
If so, there’s a chance the invoices imported into Upflow may not match the format your customers receive, potentially causing confusion.
To address this, Upflow offers a simple toggle that allows you to hide these mismatched invoices. You can enable this feature in the Invoicing section in your Settings.
Once activated:
- The PDF version of these invoices will no longer be accessible in Upflow.
- Customers will not see them in their portal.
- You will not see them on the invoice screen or in any emails or letters sent via Upflow.
Please note that this feature will prevent you from using Upflow to send invoices to your customer.
