Your analytics show a workflow was proven efficient? Effortlessly reinvest the time and creativity put into designing and testing it out across multiple organizations!
Head to your Workflow list view, and click on the “...” at the end of the line of the one you want to replicate. Click on Copy to another organization and select the one you want to add it to.
Once duplicated, you can either adjust your workflow or assign it to your customers as is from your other organization(s).
Important
When copying a workflow from an organization to another, you must take into account:
- Action owners/senders: if the selected users (specific profiles) do not exist in the receiving organization, the action templates will need to be updated there.
- Email recipients: same as above. If you use a custom contact position as recipient, and the latter does not yet exist in your receiving organization, you will need to update it there.
- Custom fields: when using collection tags in your action templates, your custom fields are available in the list. When using custom field collection tags in your templates, please note that you must re-insert them in the receiving organization.
- First, check the custom fields are available in this other organization settings.
- Then head to your workflows, and check your templates to update the field tag there.
