All the elements you can manage on Upflow are listed in their dedicated list view (Customers, Invoices, Contacts, Payments, Actions). You can rearrange them to display the information you are interested in and in your preferred order.
Display and sort
Define what you want to see from the top of the page. |
- Display items containing keywords populated in the Search bar, or from the available filters.

Select those you want to update simultaneously. The Export button in the top-right corner of the page will become Actions and offer you different options.
Expand the list of available columns by clicking their button next to the Export feature.
💡 Import custom fields from your source systems and add them as filterable columns.

Sort by the property of your choice by clicking on its name. |
A summary of the filtered information appears at the end of the list: displayed items, corresponding due or outstanding amount. Hover your mouse over the conversion symbol to break it down per currency. |
Save your custom views
Your filters are reset when you refresh the page. Save those you monitor as views for one-click access.
Click on Save in the top left corner to update the view you're currently on, or Save as new to create a new custom view. Manage your views (rename, delete) by clicking the three dots next to their name. |
Your updates only apply at your account's level and won’t affect your teammates, who cannot access your saved views.
Export your views
Your data belongs to you! Download your lists by clicking Export in the top right corner of the screen. Pick your preferred format, and there you are! All the columns of your (filtered!) items are now on your desktop, available for sharing, uploading, reworking… |
While the filters you added to your views will be taken into account in your exports, note that the custom columns (added, removed, rearranged) will not be. All available columns will be added to the export in their default order.
